CORONAVIRUS RELEASE
By confirming your attendance, you acknowledge the contagious nature of Coronavirus (“COVID-19”) and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You accept sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind) that you may experience or incur in connection to, directly or indirectly, as ir relates to your travel and attendance of the MFAM BBQ (the “Event”). You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold NICKMERCS, LLC, its affiliates and assigns harmless, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after attending the Event.
